Return Policy

Because many BOOA Studios products are prepared by independent store owners, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after payment has been confirmed. This does not limit any customer rights that may apply under South African consumer protection law where an item is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from what was advertised.

Manual EFT orders are reserved before payment is confirmed. If payment proof is rejected, the customer may be asked to replace the proof or contact BOOA Studios for support. If payment cannot be verified, the order may remain on hold or be cancelled.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, please contact us before placing your order.

Individual store owners may provide optional return or exchange details for their own products. If a store owner has not provided a return policy, this BOOA Studios default return policy applies. Store-specific policies cannot override BOOA Studios platform rules or applicable consumer protection requirements.

If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@booastudios.co.za with your order details and clear photos. We will review the matter with the relevant store owner and respond as soon as possible.
