This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside our main Legal Terms. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.

When you use the Services, you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws. You acknowledge that you may not:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission
• Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting email addresses for sending unsolicited emails
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users to obtain sensitive account information
• Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts, data mining robots, or similar tools
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or networks
• Attempt to bypass measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us
• Submit false or misleading product information
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the approval or payment systems
• Use the platform for illegal activities or violate applicable law
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile

Some areas of the Services may allow users to upload or post Contributions. We may, but are under no obligation to, review or moderate Contributions. You warrant that you are the creator and owner of your Contributions, that they comply with applicable laws, and that they do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You may not post Contributions that are defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, false, misleading, discriminatory, or that promote illegal activity. You may not use our Services to offer, promote, or sell illegal items, controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods, or sexually oriented materials.

If you believe any Content or Contribution breaches this Policy, please contact us at info@booastudios.co.za. We will reasonably determine whether a breach has occurred.

The consequences for violating this Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach. We may issue a warning, remove the infringing Contribution, suspend or terminate your access, disable your account, notify law enforcement, or issue legal proceedings where there is a genuine risk to an individual or public safety.

BOOA Studios reviews all product submissions prior to publication. Submissions may be blocked or removed if they violate prohibited activities, contain false or misleading information, breach South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act or Copyright Act), or fail to meet our quality standards. Admins will notify the store owner if a submission is rejected and provide feedback where applicable.
