We currently serve Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa only. This includes Pretoria CBD, Centurion, Tshwane, Ga-Rankuwa and surrounding areas. We plan to expand to more cities in the future.
Browse our Products page, add items to your cart, fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. You can also track your order at any time using the tracking link in your email or by visiting My Account.
Every order comes with a tracking link in your confirmation email. You can click it at any time to see your order status — from received, being prepared, ready for delivery, through to delivered. You can also track via My Account.
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before checkout. If you have an urgent issue, contact us at info@booastudios.co.za as soon as possible.
We offer three delivery options:
Local Delivery (Pretoria) — R60.00 · 1–3 business days · The store owner delivers directly to your address.
PAXI Standard — R59.95 · 7–9 business days · Collect from your nearest PEP/PAXI store.
⚡ PAXI Express — R109.95 · 3–5 business days · Faster collection from your nearest PEP/PAXI store.
For PAXI orders, enter your nearest PEP/PAXI store address at checkout. Once your parcel arrives at the store, you'll receive an SMS with a collection PIN. Take your ID and PIN to the store to collect. Find your nearest store at paxi.co.za/paxi-points.
If your order is delayed, we'll notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date. You can always check your current order status via your tracking link. For urgent queries contact us at info@booastudios.co.za.
No — we currently only deliver within Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email after payment which serves as your receipt. It includes your order details, total, delivery method and a tracking link.
All sales are final — no refunds will be issued. Please review our Return Policy before placing an order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at info@booastudios.co.za.
You can browse and add to cart without an account. However, creating a free account at My Account lets you track your orders, save your delivery address and view your order history.
Click Forgot Password? on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link from info@booastudios.co.za — check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Yes — you can sign in or create an account using your Google account on the My Account page. It's quick and you won't need a separate password.
Fill out our interest form on the Contact page or DM us on Instagram @booa_studios. Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with your portal login details and everything you need to get started.
Once you're set up as a store partner, log in to your Store Owner Portal and go to Submit Product. Add your product name, price, description and up to 5 images. Your submission will be reviewed by the BOOA Studios admin before going live.
Once you're set up as a store partner, you are required to review and agree to the terms outlined in the Store Owner Agreement before you can sell on BOOA Studios.
There are no setup fees to join BOOA Studios as a store partner. Any commission or revenue-sharing arrangement will be agreed upon separately between you and BOOA Studios before you go live.
All your orders are visible in your Store Owner Portal under My Orders. You can view order details, update the status (in progress, ready, delivered) and the customer will be notified automatically when their order is ready.
Yes — go to My Products in your portal and click Edit on any approved product. Any edits will send the product back for admin review before going live again. This ensures product quality is maintained.
